@sanket_360 yep, I used it for Twitch Prime rewards alot, and other drops previously.. 

If I unlink and link again do you think there's a potential it could work? I've also already contacted EA too..

    @MrRiingo I used to have this problem in past FIFAs. so I unlink and link it again. After that, I never faced twitch EA drop issue again.

    Make sure, you are linking correct account to each other on Twitch as well as on EA. Either end incorrect linking can cause this kind of issue.

    On twitch account = Twitch > Settings > Connections > Electronic Arts
    On EA account = EA account > Connections > Twitch (link)
