Re: Sorry,a server error has occurred.

I tried to send e-mails to EA but nothing happened after I did.Then the EAhelp page surprisingly shows dat the latest case was fixed.What does that even mean？

Then I tried to reach an adviser for help，luckily I met a nice one at the first time.She told me dat she`ll report this issue as a bug to the team and  she will personally work with the team for my case.But two days later the case turns to “No fix available”.So I tried to reach another adviser for help,but this guy just keeps using those scripts and tells me dat he feels the same way as I do.

I don't even know if the problems can be solved or not.
