Re: The Ultimate Team items have no color and appear as "Not Found"

Is this company actually for real? First, I get the “you already have an evolution version of this player” glitch that hasn’t been fixed for 7 months, and now I get this glitch that probably won’t be fixed. Game is completely unusable, thanks.

The solution given doesn't work, I have uninstall and reinstalled. I have deleted squads and reloaded. All the steps provided here have not fixed the issue.
How do you fix this issue on xbox if those solutions didn't work? @EA_Barry
Please just give an honest straightforward response that includes a different solution.
