Hello @DaleBeatsYou420 ,

There shouldn't be any issues accessing UT on at the moment.

Try relaunching the game, if that doesn't fix it, perform a power cycle:

  • Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least seven seconds (until the system beeps twice).
  • Turn it back on after one minute.
  • Launch the game.

Let us know if you are still experiencing issues.

    I’ve tried logging in with a different account and get the same error message.

    Just reset my router and tried all the steps I’ve seen on YouTube and still get the same message.
