Re: Web App softbans are out of hand

So you got soft banned and your not even using any third party software. Ya thats broken. I read through the user agreement and found nothing that would get either of us a soft ban. I just got one but I am using a third party software for the reasons you stated in your complaint. Also they allow you to use third party software as long as it doesnt go against a few of the rules listed. Like impersonate, hacking, stealing, I digress. Long story short neither of us based on the user agreement should of landed us a soft ban. Soooooooo....EA any responsed on this matter. You state that you want us to enjoy the, although everything you do makes us regret playing a game we know is broken but there is nothing else close to a funtioning game. Fun fact though, apparently 2K just bought the rights to use the FIFA trademark. So Fifa2K seems like that would be competition for you guys. Get it together.

@SicariScorpio18 well of course i am using a third party software. everybody i know who grinds SBCs uses paletools. Without it, the grind is insanely long and annoying, again because of EAs terrible squad builder features. Paletools is harmless and only adds features that should already exist in the game, like SBC templates, and more constraints like player rating and ignoring positions. Just don't see a real reason to softban someone for doing SBCs other than to encourage them to just stop grinding and go to the store instead.

I have over thirty packs that I can't open thanks to the soft ban, if EA made SBC grinding unlimited and you can continuously rinse duplicate fodder you are forced to do a lot of SBCs. This is self contradictory, on one hand they give you infinite SBCs and on the other hand you're constantly prevented from doing them. It's another typical EA style of ruining the fun of playing this game.
