@Oldman_Sparky_YTSo you think it would be better for a balance in game, if everyone got r9 from those packs? Imagine everyone starts getting best players from those sbc, everyone has best players in game, what good is that?

Sorry if I got misunderstood. What I'm complaining is that the average of rewards on those SBC:

• the bag party,
• the basic-mid icon
• the UCL TOT
• and all those that are very random in terms of what you can get, and where there are 10 or 5 worthy players from a list of 50 (or sometimes more)

I obviously don't pretend to get a R9, Gullit or Mbappe, but at least something that we can play with. This is the first year I'm doing these SBC more frequently, since EA is giving a lot of packs for achieving silly objectives, meaning that you have a lot of +86 gold untradeable cards that in most of the cases are dups (I can't remember how many times I got Lucy Bronze or Odegard).

I'm not close to a Pro player (don't pretend to be), but it would be nice that from time to time we got a decent player and not 2 goalkeepers in a pick of 3 cards, since it feels like a joke.

BTW, I've been playing since 2014 on FUT, since then I only get a Henry mid icon, on 2016, and a Mbappe gold in 2020, from packs.

There is no balance in this game. The game is literally pay to win.

me and my friends all have accounts, out of us 4 we all spend differently.

myself don’t give no money to EA, and I get the occasional nice card, like a silva 91 thunderstruck if I remember correctly with my best icon being a Larson icon

my other friend spends £20 a month and got Rooney, salah special card, and has packed a few other icons that were meh 

1 friend spend erratically and has similar team to mine

but my other friend spends about £200 a month. He has first owner R9 and eusabio both packed from free packs. From his paid packs, he has got cuyff and Ronaldinho, along with mid to top on every promo at least 3 of them. 

now I don’t care about what he has packed, and on my small group of friends it shows the more you spend the more favourable the pack luck seems to be. It’s the same as watching these streamers, gets loads or very nice cards, and they spend a fortune also. Most on here who complain about pack luck don’t spend much at all on the game from what I’ve read.

but what I’m saying is with these packs is if you open a 3x85+ pack not to get 3 85s in it which seems mostly all the time, or which I know is difficult to judge because it depends on the market value, these SBCs shouldn’t cost a fortune like 100-200k to get a card/payer worth 20-30k. 
and how many times has a evo come out and the best players to go into the evo become extinct because there isn’t enough in the game for players. Along with TOTW being ridiculous overpriced because every SBC needs them to get poor returns on the SBC you open. 

With all due respect @Nalchic that comment came usually from people that says: "I can play with any card, and then you see their squads and there's no single gold card or no card under 86", so don't BS me.

I wouldn't play with R9 for 3 reasons: I never going to pack it, I never going to be able to buy it, and I'm fine with other players.

If you read my comment, I'm not asking to get a Gullit, Cruyff or Haaland/Mbappe, I'm asking why I have to pick between 2 Goalkeepers and 1 CB on a pick of 3 cards, where the most expensive one is 27K, and the cost of the SBC is around 85/86K.

I've said that from the previous SBC I tried, I could be able to play with Saint Maximin, Di Maria and Laimer... and in some cases with Thiago. So yes, all those cards are playable if you play Squad Battles, but given the current situation of how people in general plays on Division Rivals, or Champions, the majority of those cards are useless right now. And don't make me start on how toxic is the community in general playing this game.

@Oldman_Sparky_YTtotally agree with you on the pay to win, and is literally what happened when you play against a squad with 2 or more icons (I only bought one at the moment). But that is a perspective arguable, since EA will never acknowledge this.

My comment was related on the SBC in general (except the ones you get for granted). I can assume that majority of SBC will give you fodder, but at least you have the option to choose between an Attacker, Winger or MId center player... and then a GK or CB... I don't have high expectations, but one thing is this, and another the joke of having to choose between 2 GK and a CB in a supposed decent SBC.

I only done the Icon one to receive a Zanetti, which was ok as an icon 4 years ago.

The whole system is designed to drain your club as much as possible while giving you very little back.

It's just RNG.  You were unlucky with that pull.  I think of packs like scratch cards; odds are you won't get anything useful (but you *MIGHT*).  What you pulled isn't unusual.

Your friends who spend more money don't have better "pack luck".  They just have more packs to open and, odds are, the more packs you open eventually you may get something good (in all honesty the pulls you mentioned he was still pretty lucky but that happens too).  Remember, MILLIONS of packs are opened every day.  SOME people are going to get the jackpot.

That would be true, except he doesnt do squad battles, or the friendly cups, or anything promo. He loads up and does the champs mode games then logs off over the week
