I believe EA is aware of the voice chat issue in EA FC 24 that is affecting cross-platform groups with more than three players. They are working on a fix, but there is no ETA yet. In the meantime, you can try the following troubleshooting tips:

Make sure that all players have their voice chat settings enabled.
Try restarting the game and/or your console/PC.
Check your internet connection.
Try using a different voice chat channel.
Update your game and console/PC software.

Mine was easily fixed by disabling and enabling the voice chat in the Audio settings in the game. Give it a shot!

    The option to disable enable in game voice chat is no longer there as per the hundred you tube videos I have watched

    EA are annoying Me as I can't hear my mates in game.

    I’m the exact same and I don’t have the option to change my voice chat settings. 

    EA FIX THIS!

    Me too. Same problem here in Brasil. The chat option is not in the menu.

    Dont have a direct fix but If your playing just with friends id suggest using discord chat. Its very easy to set up and everyone can set up a party and chat between games and even when moving to other games.

    I use it with my PlayStation buddies and I'm on Xbox. both consoles have the discord app
