received only one 86 x 2 pack in division 3 (option 3)

@Wutru_DutchRivals week starts from Thursday to Thursday. (Not Monday to Sunday)

Where did you check packs - in game or on App? How many packs you have currently? Remember game only shows 30 packs at a time. App will show all available packs.

If you are sure you didn't received expected pack then try approaching EA help - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/
