Red pick glitch

I just finished FUT champs and went to open my player picks, I was delighted to see Doku on there so went to choose him, however the game glitched and selected Costa instead. I took a picture of the picks as I was so happy to see Doku there. There is absolutely no way I would have selected Costa, what can I do about this? The game bugged out and I’ve missed out on a 3m player because of it…

I’ve attached the photo and as you can see there is no highlight around any of the players showing it had bugged out.

    Since thd update on 23rd April the green boundary on player picks has gone. We'll done EA.

    That makes absolutely no sense… why would they do that? The worst thing is I cannot find any way of actually getting in contact with any of them

    Thanks bud, couldn’t agree more. I’ve tried live chat but apparently I need to post it on here and wait for someone to fix. They’ve admitted it’s a bug in the game but no idea how or when they are going to fix for me

    EA DO YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP?!

    I had a case raised CASE #176152138 for over two weeks which you have now CLOSED with no communication at all absolutely no help 

    it’s like you just want me to go away? What’s the point in the help centre or joining constant chats with your agents who do nothing to help and then just close the case without warning

    im expecting a response within the hour
