Refund FC points

I bought a pack because the probabilities was 100% for a 88+ but I didn't receive a players higher than 86+. Is it possible to get FC points refunded. It really pissed me off. My other alternative is i ask for a refund of the overpriced Ultimate Edition and drop this game
