REFUND
Hello, I want a refund. I bought 4400 Eafc points on the 25th of December and never received them.

From your screenshot it looks like you bought those FIFA points via the PlayStation store, so if you're looking for a refund you'll need to reach out to PlayStation to see how they can help you with that.

If you would rather try to get the FC points, you can always reach out to our live support team via the steps here. Note that they'll need to ask for proof of purchase in that case; you can find exactly what they'll need in this article.
I already tried to fix the situation, several times. Its been 4 days and ive been following the instructions guided from EA Help but nothing has changed.
I would rather get the points than get a refund.
