Nothing will happen unfortunately. People usually do it when losing and if the opponent has done something to irritate them, i.e. the griddy, keep ball or taking the P.
Quite often people will do it towards the end of the season to get a rivals milstone, albeit probably not this year as the rewards are pointless.
