Hy, and thanx for the answer.
I were choosing my reward and the game is freezed.
The only solution was to restart it, but after restarting, i've found no rewards.
I was expecting and choosing the 7 wins reward in sixth level (a lot of packs and xp and money).
No rewards on the app.
Chat assistance said me to ask to community, community said to ask to chat assistance.
Now i'm receving email with object "problem fixed" but it's not true !
Why they don't excuse and refund me ? Why they don't control that i say the truth ?
You should email EA Help and explain your situation.
Use this link to get in touch with them and explain to them exactly your situation, they can look in to your account and check it for you.
Make sure you give them the time and date when it crashed and ask to claim the rewards for Rivals, and which option of rewards (tradeable/double untradeable/untradeable&coins)
I'm thinking you have done this already so I just want you to know that this is what should be done if you haven't done it yet.
You can also submit a bug report here which will help EA to find any errors or crashes in order to fix them.
But do get in touch with an EA Advisor to claim your rewards.
