Sanction and coins disappeared

Can someone help me yesterday I got sanction after biding on player then my coins disappeared from my account. Tried to contact advisor (not working tried every method that found on internet no luck) and then emailed them but no reply just automatic messages. Sorry for my English 😵‍💫

    Hello @pukigoal,

    that sounds like the sanction you received was a coinwipe. You can try and appeal that, but an answer will most likely take some days as your account and ban will have to be checked by the Terms of Services team. We can't really do anything about bans and coin wipes here in the forum.

    I can use transfer market bid and buy players but no coins in my account, this is strange because it's sounds like EA is stealing coins

    And one more thing I forgot to mention I didn't get any messages in my email about sanctions. This is very strange 😕

    I just got a sanction and my coins wiped with no reason given.  

    I am a casual gamer and buy and sell on any free time I have being at home or work so this is all too hard to take in.

    I have never cheated on this game at all.  The players and other items I sell make little profit so I am stumped.

    Anyway if I don’t get an answer on what I did wrong I will be cancelling everything associated with ea.

    I did no wrong.

    @muzmaz,

    you can try to dispute the coin wipe, though it's not guaranteed that this will have an effect.

    We unfortunately cannot help you here in the forum in regard to bans and their specific reasons - only support is able to look at the ban history. Please contact them to dispute your ban.
