SBC Ban/Soft Ban

why am I locked out of SBC every single day? Why let us open pretty much infinite amount of packs if you will not let me play the game? I get soft banned every single time I go on a pack spree. I am not told how long the soft ban will be. I am unable to sign into FC on the web app or the mobile app. This game is so good! Definitely worth spending the 60$+ every single year when the game will not even let you do the most enjoyable part of it! :D
