after completing the sbc and opening the pack I got Salah als walkout.
however, there where only 50 players after the animation was finished. also Salah disappeared...
How can I retrain my 50 players incl Mo Salah???
My Reply from EA customer service about me only receiving 50 players from the 100 players centurions pack!!! Look at the attached image 😮 WOW what a joke either they don’t know what there talking about or just don’t give one I’m fuming 😡 just seems like there not bothered and not going to sort the issue!!!
I did the SBC to earn the Centurions 100 pack with 100 rare players. 40 gold and the rest in silver and bronze.
When I opened the pack, I saw Leon Goretzka on the walkout screen without any walkout. When the game tried to load the rest of the cards, UT crashed.
When I started UT again I went to manage the cards. When I opened the new cards, I only had 50 cards which only 20 of the were gold, and Leon Goretzka were gone.
Now I can’t find the missing 50 cards.
I don’t have any Leon Goretzka in my squad, so he is gone.
EA, can you please help me with this?
EDIT: Never mind. You can’t hold more than 50 unassigned cards at the time. When I saved some of the players to the club and I closed and opened the new cards, I got the missing cards😅
I just had same problem...bompastor hero shows and best I get in the 50 is parejo 😡😡😡...where's the other 50 ??
