Sometimes turning off and on does the trick. But it's EA we're talking about here, they are lazy. Unless you actually talk to a person for help, which I did online few years back after a player started showing as 'Not Found' even though I finished the sbc and he was in my team. They helped immensely.
Thanks for the reply. I’ll take another shot at contacting them but I won’t hold my breath.
