SBC player done, but card isn't in club

I completed a SBC of Alejandro Garnacho, but i haven't this card in my club. And the card isn't in qiuicksell recovery too. What i have to do?

    Try exiting out of Ultimate Team and then load back into it. If he's not there, contact an advisor so they can investigate this. Instructions for opening a case can be found here. Thanks!
