Screen freezes in Ultimate Team

Hi all. 

Recently bought a switch 2 for my son,  upgrading from a switch 1. 

He played fc25 without issues on the switch 1 but when he plays fc25 on the switch 2, he chooses Ultimate Team, the screen starts loading but then suddenly freezes and none of the buttons respond. Tries rebooting console, factory reset, power cycle the router. Same thing happens.

Tried it in the switch 1 and that also now freezes in Ultimate Team.

Please help as I now have a sad boy
