Selling to earn coins

I was searching through the transfer market and spotted this. 

It’s very obvious that this is being sold to a site where you can buy coins. Why would some one pay 1,290,000 when you can get it for 179,000 is the lowest I have found.

EA please try harder to stop this. It’ obviously a link to a site who is making money from selling coins I don’t know how you go about investigating a transaction like this. You must be able to.
