Server synchronization problems

I'm having an issue with EA SPORTS FC 24. I'm not seeing any FUT events, news, or SBCs in-game, even though all my friends can see this content normally.

I've tried

Using multiple PSN accounts including a brand new account

Reinstalling the game

Playing both the PS4 and PS5 versions

Using a VPN and changing the location

Logging out of my EA account and linking it back in

Despite all these attempts, the issue persists across all accounts and devices.
