Servers and gameplay ?

Hello, i just got EaFc and it seems to be somthing wrong with the servers, i got an 1000/1000 fibre connection, iam connected with cables, and i never had this problem with a online game before, some other things i notice is that the menus is freezing, it seems to be a very delayed game and i dont understand why booth in menus and in game, the gameplay is not smooth its like my controller is not answearing correctly and i never had this problem before either.

I just got the game and are a new Ea player but it seems to me that somthing is totally off here, anyone who can provide me with some answears and help me ?

Also when i run Ea speedtest i got 100 % connected it makes no sense at all.
