Shadow Ban: Our Issue with EA

Hello y'all,

first of all I'm not looking for help in this thread.

I am deeply annoyed with EAs shadow ban system and I want to express that.

We all know how the infinite SBC grind in EA FC 24 works. Everbody who has done it will experience a shadow ban sooner or later. I also understand that it is in place to prevent bots from auto completing SBCs.

So why is it that there is no 'Are you a human-captcha' once it happens? We all remember that Web App used to have this function ages ago.

Neither are you able to see how many more SBCs you are able to complete until a ban gets triggered. Would be user friendly, right?

Neither can you get unbanned by simply login to console and play to get unbanned.

Neither can you contact an EA staff member to discuss the topic.

Your only option is to wait it out. And this is where I and surely you too, get frustrated.

They (EA) have made it nearly impossible to pack meta cards this year - which would be alright to me - if I could grind as much SBCs as I want to. Yet you can't. And that's likely why I'll part ways with EA games - out of all possible reasons.

Now I'd like to hear your experience with shadow bans and how EA reacts to it.

I also would appreciate if an EA staff member would reply to my 'Neither' points and to give a general insight into the companys process of thinking - won't happen tho lmao.
