shot cancel PC

Doing a shot cancel on PC doesnt seem to work properly... i'm able to skill and powershot cancel perfectly fine but whenever i try to do a regular shot cancel, it does a flair shot instead. i know other PC users have the same issue so hopefully theres a fix for this
