Single Player Draft - team lost after connection lost

My son was playing Single Player Draft and while playing he lost connection and once connection was restored, he wasn't able to play any more matches with the team that he had created. He had paid 15,000 UT coins to form that team and now he is left with note in single player draft. I am afraid that I do not know much about how this works and I can't seem able to contact EA at all so am hoping that somebody here will know what I am relaying here and be able to provide some help or thoughts.
