Skill Move Training Evo

My Rasmus Hojlund card meets the criteria for the Skill Move Training Evolution however when I select him on the game the “start evolution” button is greyed out. Checked other players that meet requirements and it’s greyed out for ALL of them!! I’ve gone onto the companion app and the requirement for the evo is 2* skill moves not 3* like on the game(which it should be) so can’t use him in the app because of that either. Anyone else experienced this or know how I can resolve it? Many thanks!
