something linked to market access

Dear EA,
Hello ea support, I hope you doing well.
I have a problem that I need you to help me with, The thing start when I decided to pre-order the ea fc 25 game on august. and to get ready beating all my rivals in fc 25 to make a good boost for my ut team, i decided to play ea fc 24 to create a club to open web app early before the early access and get some boost pack to upgrade my fc 25 team quickly as i can .So when i create my ut club i noticed my ea club didn't have the transfer market access on the web or companion app, I didn't care first (cause the club is new) but after a long time, My club still didn't get the transfer access . normally, when your club get a long time from there creation it should get the transfer access , but my club not(still until) .

Even i do more than I usually must do [like play many games per a day, share my playtime, play all ea fc modes ,complete some objectives , do a lot of SBC, rank up on rivals and squad battels , have a good win ratio , become active on transfer game market (do some players bid daily, sell and buy some player ] and even more.
I do all my best but Unfortunately my UT club still didn't get the transfer market access on web app.
