Sorry, Trial Access use cannot use the FC Companion app or Web app. Bug?

Anyone else have this problem? When i try to use web app to my screen pops up a message: Sorry, Trial Access users cannot use the FC Companion app or Web app

Hey @Jokuihminen232 Please make sure to check the information about the early start for the Web and Companion Apps. Not all players will gain access immediately. It depends on different factors.

Hi guys I have bought the standard version on ps5, I initially had the trail. But my app is not working it’s saying I’m still a trial account. I’ve done what it’s asked me and it’s not working. I have the full game also can someone help me with this please
