Sorry,a server error has occurred.

1.An 84 rated evo player Gio Gueiroz from Arsenal cannot be put into the new evo moment of truth.Message when trying to view her evo data:An unexpected error occurred,please try again.
2.An 86 rated evo player Kiwior from Arsenal cannot be put into the new evo TOTS PLUS PROTECTER.Message when trying to view his evo data:An unexpected error occurred,please try again.
3.I tried to quick sell those 2 players and recover them to see if it works.But failed to send the items to my club.Message when trying to save this player:Sorry,a server error has occurred.
Now those 2 evo players cannot be sent to my club and I ran out my QS recovery chances.I cannot even open other packs.Please fix this.

    I tried to send e-mails to EA but nothing happened after I did.Then the EAhelp page surprisingly shows dat the latest case was fixed.What does that even mean？

    Then I tried to reach an adviser for help，luckily I met a nice one at the first time.She told me dat she`ll report this issue as a bug to the team and  she will personally work with the team for my case.But two days later the case turns to “No fix available”.So I tried to reach another adviser for help,but this guy just keeps using those scripts and tells me dat he feels the same way as I do.

    I don't even know if the problems can be solved or not.
