Played a few Rivals games with no issues. Then after switching over to Squad Battles, during my second game, my players were losing all their stamina at an extremely fast rate. Even players with Relentless+ were on 0 stamina after 60 minutes of play.
Same thing happens randomly to me as well, both in regular teams Divisions and in UT. I don't play Pressure or anything like that to justify the stamina drop, especially such a dramatic one after such a short time, sometimes my players are down to 20 left in half time. Happens maybe 1/20 matches and sadly you just have to accept it and forfeit the match when it does.
