Still missing all my ultimate edition rewards

Hi 

i still have no ultimete edition rewards for my account. Bought ultimate edition via steam 20 August 16:47 CEST.

Today i bougt additional 1600 FC points, which added with no issue. I am really sad, because waiting for my evos, points, and hero. Tried multiple times EA help with no point robotic answers.

Anyone having same issue?
