Still no access to the Web App..

I bought the Ultimate Edition and have been playing since release, racking up at least 70 games spread over the last week and a half.

I have logged into the web app a significant amount of times, have no history of coin buying or selling, but here I am, still locked out of the web app. I traded my way up to around 400k on console only. I have met all your requirements, your system for releasing the web app to your customers is broken!

This is a game we spend a lot of money on but yet here we are every year complaining about not having features we're entitled to.
