Stolen Coins

On Saturday evening I loaded up my companion app to find that I had 82 coins, this was a surprise as i had packed Icon Matthaus on Friday and sold him that morning and had a balance of 3.1million coins. I have contacted EA support and raised a case but still haven't heard anything back.

Will I get my coins back or do i need to chase EA to see what's happening, not sure on what to do.
