Atleast most of them you don't have to win. I keep myself low in rivals for the few you do have to win. Currently almost up for promotion to D7, so there will be some lucky people as i have no intention to go up and i still have to play a lot of rivals games as i currently am evo'ing 5 different chelsea players ( Palmer, Sterling, Kirby, Carter and Broja) and Buchanan and Bright are also on the to-do list. Hopefully i pull TOTW Bright somewhere, somehow otherwise it will just be Gold Bright.
Seriously, stop forcing us to play these garbage modes that we don't want to play. FC25 made giant strides in terms of diversifying gameplay and achievements for people who like to play different modes, particularly in terms of enabling FUT season progress through non-FUT modes and detaching EVO requirements from Rivals & Champions, but for some reason it seems you now want to force us back into these toxic game modes that we wouldn't otherwise play. Please stop.
