Suddenly player runs on different directions within new PS5

Folks,

I have brand new PS5, two remote controls,

playing FC 24 Ultimated, Suddenly player runs on different directions within new PS5, I had checked it with my two remote controls, happen with both an on every game.

Also, it seems that very often it does not respond to clicking on remote control buttons.

I had capture short video to demonstrate, in this video you can see Cancelo running alone with ball , with unwanted running all way backward and after that, after clicking on all button to “release” from this issue to turn around, he continue to move forward to wrong direction.

    To be honest, I did.

    I thought that it is an RF interearence that ccould block temperally the BLE transmisstion and therefore I had change the mounthing position, it was sitting behind the TV that could cuase that. 

    Now it is fine.
