Supercharge Pack not showing up
Redeemed the EA Play supercharge pack, and yet it hasn’t showed up in game. I see this is a recurring issue in previous titles so if this could get fixed this would be great

I have the same issue, EA Play member with XBOX Ultimate Membership. Supercharge pack code redeemed and the pack simply does not show up in ultimate team. The issue happened also on FIFA23 and was never resolved. Platform is XBOX Series, so it should be eligible.
