Supercharge Pack not showing up
Redeemed the EA Play supercharge pack, and yet it hasn’t showed up in game. I see this is a recurring issue in previous titles so if this could get fixed this would be great

Sorry to hear this pack still hasn't showed up for you.
If you still don't see it, what platform are you playing on ?
There might be some steps to take to make sure it shows in-game.
- EA_HuxWhen you claim it on Xbox, make sure you click on Redeem code on the EA Play Perk, that should enter the code for you automatically then click "send".
I personally was able to get the pack.
Can you also check on the Web app just in case as well ?- @EA_Hux I did that but nothing happend. It's the same sh...t than last year.
EA are you even going to attempt to fix this issue, or like every thing else? Put your head in the sand hoping it will go away?
Seriously embarrassing for this to still be happening.

- @EA_Hux Hi, I also have the same issue, I redeemed the code through my perks on xbox, but the pack hasn't appeared in the UT Store on FC 24??
I have EA play through my xbox game pass ultimate subscription and am playing on xbox series S console, please help.

exactly the same problem. Playing with Xbox Series S.
I redeemed the code and if I try again, it says that is already redeemed, but pack is no showing in my packs.
