Supercharge Pack not showing up

Redeemed the EA Play supercharge pack, and yet it hasn’t showed up in game. I see this is a recurring issue in previous titles so if this could get fixed this would be great

When you claim it on Xbox, make sure you click on Redeem code on the EA Play Perk, that should enter the code for you automatically then click "send".
I personally was able to get the pack.

Can you also check on the Web app just in case as well ?

@EA_Hux I did that but nothing happend. It's the same sh...t than last year.

  EA are you even going to attempt to fix this issue, or like every thing else? Put your head in the sand hoping it will go away?

You must be the only person in 3 years to get your pack. Magic
