Supercharge Pack not showing up

Redeemed the EA Play supercharge pack, and yet it hasn’t showed up in game. I see this is a recurring issue in previous titles so if this could get fixed this would be great

@EA_Hux Is it going to be in my saved packs or will it be in the store

@mzaqwe, The pack should show in "My Packs" in the Store.

    @EA_Hux Hi, I also have the same issue, I redeemed the code through my perks on xbox, but the pack hasn't appeared in the UT Store on FC 24??

    I have EA play through my xbox game pass ultimate subscription and am playing on xbox series S console, please help.

      Hi 

      exactly the same problem. Playing with Xbox Series S.

       I redeemed the code and if I try again, it says that is already redeemed, but pack is no showing in my packs.

        Same issue for me on the Xbix series X. Redeemed the code on market place, no pack was granted to me. The code now states that is has already been used...that will be by me. 

        Checked in the companion app and nothing there either. It's a bit unfair giving these out via marketplace and not actually giving the reward once the code has been redeemed.

        How do we get this amended?
