Supercharge Pack not showing up
Redeemed the EA Play supercharge pack, and yet it hasn’t showed up in game. I see this is a recurring issue in previous titles so if this could get fixed this would be great

Same issue for me on the Xbix series X. Redeemed the code on market place, no pack was granted to me. The code now states that is has already been used...that will be by me.
Checked in the companion app and nothing there either. It's a bit unfair giving these out via marketplace and not actually giving the reward once the code has been redeemed.
How do we get this amended?
It´s the same issue than last year on FIFA 23. They could not fix it last year and I think it will be the same this year.
