Team 1 players still available after team 2 release
I received Team 1 players in my most recent pack when team is meant Team 2, is that right?

- @SmalBlackGuy Had the same problem got Ashley Cole from team 1 but by opening the golazo pack for 2000 points with a garanti golazo-icon after the realesed of team 2 but Got one from team 1
- @SmalBlackGuy Same, 2000 point pack full of team 1 dupes. Waste of points

According to EA it’s working as intended. They changed this with the last promo.
As the player base is shrinking, they are trying to make money by diluting the packs even further. As Team 1 and 2 are in the store packs, your chances of getting an actual Team 2 player has decreased drastically. It’s the lowest it’s ever been.
The change was never properly communicated, hence the confusion. But that’s their “surprise mechanic” 😂 they always refer to. The surprise is “hey, we effed you over again and are proud about it”
- @xHarlekin It's a change of course that guaranteed player can be from team 1 and team 2 but not the rest of the pack. It's happening only with these packs. Any other pack don't have this issue.
For a global business, EA's communication is awful. The game has a News section - it's always blank. Communicate effectively with your customers - this is a core business basic - and in the age of social media, it can make or break a business.
