@Conkers2005 Yes the high press is op.
If your players cant catch up you are probably using the wrong angle. Instead of running at the player try to run where you think he might end up. This will help you get in front of the player most of the time.
A little help against high press is to work with crossing to the other side. If a player keeps running at you crazy use the left and right feint to bait them and exit the opposite direction. Remember you have to do this fast or it will not work.
Also try looking at the whole pitch dont look at the player u want to pass to as it will limit your options because of the op manmarking. It takes some time to get used to but you will see open spaces. Then either use ballrole pass or precesion lobpass to get the ball to your player. Most of the time u will see that if you get the ball out of pressure you will find players again and atleast put up a fight and enjoy the game.
