The package purchased with 2000 fc points came with non-tradeable items.

Hello everyone, I had an issue yesterday at the store when purchasing the 2000 fc points package.

When I tried to buy the package, there was an error stating the store was not available, but the 2000 fc points were deducted from my balance. So, I closed the game and opened it again; when I accessed the store, the package content was there, but all the players and items from the package were non-tradeable.

I'd like to know what I should do to resolve my problem
