The Ultimate Team items have no color and appear as "Not Found"

Can anyone tell me why from yesterday all my team the opposition’s team and the transfer list has got no colour and above the players heads it’s saying NOT FOUND THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING. Ruined the game

    If the problem persists after deleting and re-downloading the squad update or deleting corrupt files, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game. This should fix the files and resolve the issue. 

    Spoiler
    • Log out from Ultimate Team;
    • From the main menu go to Settings > Profile > Delete;
    • Choose and remove UT Squads Update;
    • Close the game and reopen it;
    • Launch Ultimate Team and wait for the squads' update to be completed.

    Did you just delete stored data?

    I tried and the issue is still there.

    Did you reinstall the game as well?

    not showing any cards in packs either when i open packs and stuff and is really annoying when i want to open my packs

    i can’t see any of my card designs on my cards in my club and in packs that i open so when completing sbcs i can’t tell if they’re tots which isn’t helpful

    For all PS5 users:

    • Deleting saved data and rebuilding data doesn't solve the issue.
    • Only deleting the game from the console and re-installing it solves it.
    • After re-install, upon starting Ultimate Team for the first time, there was additional download notification, which I believe is the thing that resolves the problem with missing graphics.

    To EA moderators @EA_Pulsar @EA_Aljo @EA_Barry , although issue on my console (at the moment) is no more, not everyone is blessed with good internet connection. So, marking it solved when user needs to delete game and re-install it is not OK.

    • I didn't capture that additional download screen that appears when UT was started the first time after re-install. One after updating teams. EA developers will know what content upload that is. Can you please ask them to automatically include (or at least option it) for the next title update?

    This just happened on PC, not PS5.

    Uninstalling/reinstalling (50GB) did nothing to fix.
