The Ultimate Team items have no color and appear as "Not Found"

I have a problem with the system. Players appear in black with NOT FOUND written above them

My son has the same issue for over a month, all players greyed out, the fix stated in the chat hasn't worked on the PS4, tried it about 10 times.

Opened a case with EA got closed with No Fix

Can anyone help ?

What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to find games, lag in menu and games, game play feels different

All of players have lost there background images . Is there a way to reset the images.

On my EAFC 24 ultimate team I cannot see the card designs and they are gray and say not found (Proof below). I have been playing since FIFA 18 and have never experienced this before and it's not an internet issue because it works perfectly on the companion app and online games work perfectly. I would appreciate a response as its very hard to enjoy the games without being able to see the card types in your team and when you pack good players.

The card graphics and club search feature seems to have a bug. 
none of this has colour it is all in black and saying players not found above the player 

All the above is the same for me..

All players in ultimate team are grey and not found, even players that I do not own or SBC players. Literally every player in the game is not found. I tried reaching out to EA support but couldn’t solve the problem. I tried redownloading the game and it still didn’t work, however I tried signing in my friend’s console and everything was fine
