This game is finished - Congrats EA, well done

I've plated around 25 games since the update.  I've won 2, just seems a different game.

You missed players ignoring aces of space they could run into and instead making a beeline for the nearest opposition defender and forcing themselves through them so the defender is now goal side to clear any cross.

This game's difficulty has nothing to do with the opposition, it's down to your players AI being about as intelligent as 11 drunks.

A new one to add to all the crap. During champs today I had the pleasure of watching my ONLY striker run away from the goal as I went to cross on several occasions. It was Eusebio of all players.  This means attributes and stats mean absolutely nothing if you’re only striker doesn’t want to run or be in the box. 
there has also been this random problem with all of my players barging forward like I’m on fats build up when I’m not. As soon as I get the ball they all go and get behind a defender so I have no pass options but to pass it around my cb’s. 

I also had attacking players either running into/in front of each other, without triggering, in the box or even tackling the ball away from me, when i have a chance to score.

Or defenders running into each others or tripping without any sense.

What i also witnessed after the new patch, is that my players sometimes either stop randomly while sprinting or nearly lose the ball while running/dribbling.

I mean WTF? Who programmed or even tested this absolute garbage?

This game is a disgrace for football.

To summarise what you wrote I have attached a picture of the stats of my most recent game. A picture is worth a thousand words... No need to say that I was the one that lost the game.

Earlier I was 3 1 down with 17 shots to 4.  

I’ve grown tired of taking screenshots like this. Years past it was worse with better gameplay. I was losing 1-0, 2-0, with 15+ shots on target. 

There’s only 1 way to play the game, and that is 71 depth pressure tactic on defence, pick a midfielder and let the AI do the work. If you want to score, run down the line, cutback, 45 degree pass, score. If you try anything else you get slammed by the opponents AI. Boring game, horrendous gameplay, still server issues in 2023… This is not football by any chance, its a casino dressed as a ‘football’ game. After I finished my champs today, I wont be touching EAFC anymore. Its pointless playing it, I have no fun at all playing games. I’m done! EA had an opportunity to show their customers that they could do different this year, and they failed big time. EA, I just want a game that is fun to play, I dont care about your endless promos and crappy rewards, it means nothing to get a new player if the gameplay is as bad as it is. If anybody at EA cared for their product, something maybe would’ve been done…yet, here we are.

I agree, passing is a nightmare, there are no intelligent runs by forwards, LM an RM are defending the middle part of court, pressing degene means  that all opponents are in your players all over the pitch. Gameplay of fifa 23 was much better. Now it feels like the game has decided from the start who will win this match.
