TOTY Messi

Hey guys 

Yesterday i did the 89 double player SBC in Ultimate team. 
i got a rare 90 rated Messi and this during Team Of The Year?! How is this even possible? I have the feeling it’s a bug because i should have got the TOTY messi. 
What you guys think?
