It says I need to play 3 full matches every day .
What if opponent rage quits the 3 matches ? Do they count ?

There are other requirements as well. It's all explained in that article I linked previously. How many Ultimate Team accounts you have on the device as well as your account history are considered. You'll have to just keep playing. The market will unlock once all the criteria has been met.
If I had previous one more account in UT on same device, should I delete it? Will it help to unlock market faster?

I can't guarantee that would fix this. You just need to keep playing.
i had played some kick off games before market opened, i don't know that for useful.
