Transfer Market Access on Web/Companion App

I have been playing for over 100 hours in the past month since i got FC 24, i have preordered FC 25 on this account and im worried i wont be able to use the transfer market on the web app when it launches because ive still not gained access, my playtime is on and yes i have played all the different game modes and so on. what do i do now?

EA help chat claims the reason i still dont have access to the transfer market  on the web/companion app, is because i forfeit matches before they are finished, is this true, ive certainly never heard it before, they claimed it was "internal information" lmao.
