Transfer Market Ban

Hi. I had a problem with the transfer market ban that happened before I had the EAFC 25 game, my account was used by a hacker to use the transfer market using a third party application without my knowledge. Now my account is back but when I made a ban appeal for this feature, there was no significant response from EA, and the information in the ban status was only a sanction without a definite time period. Previously I never knew let alone used the third party application mentioned by EA, and I hope you guys can help me with this problem.
